About the role
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients as part of a project team, reporting to a Managing Principal, Associate Partner, or Partner.
You will:
Develop a deep understanding of client strategy and operational challenges
Conduct research and analysis to identify improvement opportunities
Design practical, tailored solutions
Support implementation to deliver lasting impact
Facilitate workshops and present findings to senior stakeholders
You’ll build and apply core consulting skills including problem solving, analysis, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Flexible work arrangements, including part-time and hybrid options, are available. Some interstate travel may be required.
About you

Ideally, candidates will demonstrate:
2+ years of work experience (consulting advantageous but not required)
Tertiary qualification
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
People skills, with the ability to build rapport and develop productive relationships
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
A genuine desire to learn and share knowledge
Strong organisational skills and discipline
