Finance Team Lead – Corporate & Support

This role is for a

leading global company in the IT consulting and services sector , and you will be deployed to work closely with our client as part of their finance function.

We are seeking an experienced

Finance Team Lead – Corporate & Support

who will play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial outcomes. In this position, you will lead a small team and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across corporate and support functions to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting and analysis.

You will champion continuous improvement, embed best‑practice processes, and deliver meaningful financial insights within a dynamic and complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and guide a team to deliver high‑quality and timely financial partnering, reporting, and analysis.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of finance partnering services.

Provide financial oversight and expert advice for planning, budgeting, and reporting activities, including multi‑year budgeting and periodic forecasts.

Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non‑financial stakeholders.

Partner with senior stakeholders to provide decision support, financial modelling, and analytical insights to influence business performance.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related business functions.

Strong business partnering, financial analysis, and reporting experience.

Ability to engage and work effectively with senior stakeholders in a large, complex organisation.

Experience leading or mentoring small teams (preferred).

CA/CPA qualified or pursuing certification (optional)

Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in explaining financial insights to non‑financial stakeholders.

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Experience working within large corporate environments

Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities

Knowledge of budgeting/forecasting tools and ERP systems
