In this role, you will manage the development and delivery of a range of corporate services within the Enrolment Services section to support student management activities, and undertake research, analysis, monitoring, review, and evaluation of client‑centred policies and procedures to ensure outcomes of the Enrolment Services section are achieved within set timeframes. The Brisbane School of Distance Education provides lessons in an on‑line environment to over 3000 students. This position provides high level support to the Business Manager and Deputy Principals to support over 300 staff and over 1000 families. The applicant should be knowledgeable with One School and knowledge of Education Qld policy, DOE standards and Distance Education enrolment policy are critical. The ability to download, interpret and report on student numbers and data is critical.
About The Role
The role directly supports the Business Manager and School Executive and provides advice to all school staff on issues of Enrolment policy and procedures. This position manages a team of 7 staff and is responsible for the enrolment process of over 3000 enrolments annually. The team manage all enrolments, cancellations, family information updates and changes and provides critical data to other government agencies.
