About the Role As Project Director, you will drive the strategic vision and manage the development agreement for delivery of the Maroochydore City Centre Priority Development Area (MCC PDA), a multi‑billion‑dollar precinct featuring residential, commercial, retail and entertainment spaces alongside critical infrastructure and public realm enhancements.

Proven leadership in large‑scale, mixed‑use or master‑planned developments

Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex stakeholder relationships

Expertise in urban planning, property development or infrastructure delivery

Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and deliver outcomes
