About the role

Working closely with a

Doyle’s Guide recommended Partner

and take a lead role in a Succession Planning and Deceased Estates practice, covering estate planning, administration, and contested estate work, including family provision and estate disputes.

Advise

high net worth individuals and business clients .

The ideal candidate

At least

5 years PQE

in Wills and Estates Law who is based in

Sydney or Canberra

Confident client facing skills and the ability to provide clear, practical advice

Solid drafting skills and strong attention to detail

A collaborative approach, proactive, commercial mindset and genuine interest in building client relationships.
