$100-120k base + quarterly bonus + super

This is a sleeves‑up, autonomous, rapid‑growth role where your input results in the better healthcare outcomes of vulnerable Australians in the bush.

Overview:

Fly2health is a pioneering organisation committed to improving healthcare accessibility across rural and remote Australia through aviation‑enabled solutions. We are seeking an exceptional leader to serve in a rapidly‑growing health services provider. This is a rare opportunity for a mission‑driven, inclusive and execution‑oriented leader with strong operational and business development/partnership development experience. This is genuinely a 'lead‑my‑own‑company' type of role; P&L ownership, strategic ownership, autonomous decision making, rapid problem solving and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Expanding and optimising operations and clinical teams to deliver safe, excellent and efficient operation across Victoria and Tasmania

Lead culture, attraction and retention of team members in your states within a matrix organisation

Oversee state performance and financial outcomes with complete P&L ownership

Business development, partnerships, growth and relationship management in order to enter new communities, optimise existing communities, and represent the Fly2Health brand across government, NGO and private stakeholders

Liaising with Director of Clinical Services, other state leaders, CFO and client services teams to ensure sustainable, best‑practice clinical delivery across your states

Role Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to motivate, guide and genuinely lead people

Demonstrated ability to scale a business to achieve financial KPIs

Natural business development acumen, with the ability to build long-term professional partnerships with ease

It is an advantage to have operations and/or B2B experience in a fast‑paced start‑up or scale‑up

There is no requirement to have an aviation or clinical background
