About the Centre Our Meadowbrook centre on Logandowns Drive provides high‑quality early education and childcare for children aged 0–5. With a warm, welcoming environment and passionate educators, we help children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.

Our centre features large outdoor play areas, modern indoor learning spaces, and a government‑approved kindergarten program guided by the Lifelong Learning Curriculum, including STEM, language, and literacy enrichment.

About the Role As our Centre Manager, you’ll bring your leadership confidence, people-first mindset and operational capability to guide our Meadowbrook team. In this role, you will:

Manage daily operations aligned with company policies, compliance standards and financial targets

Build strong relationships with families and community partners

Use your marketing understanding to strategically grow occupancy

Mentor, coach and support your team to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards

About You You’re an experienced, engaging and motivated leader, ready to take the next step. You have:

A Diploma in ECEC or an ACECQA‑approved equivalent

Strong experience in a Centre Manager role

A current Working with Children Check

Confidence leading teams, achieving targets and maintaining compliance
