Centre Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Manager to lead our exceptional child care facility in the heart of Midland. As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for the children in our centre. We are looking for someone outstanding that wants to make a difference and lead the change.

What you'll be doing

Manage the overall operations of the child care centre, including staff management, enrolment, and compliance with regulations.

Provide strong leadership, coaching and support to the child care team to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Develop and implement educational programs that align with the centre's philosophy and promote the holistic development of children.

Maintain effective communication with parents, stakeholders and the local community.

Ensure the centre meets all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Manage the centre's budget and financial reporting.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve the quality of care and service delivery.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Centre Manager or Senior Educator in the child care sector.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and relevant child care regulations.

Demonstrated ability to implement effective educational programs and assess children's progress.

Proficient in financial management and administrative tasks.

Passionate about creating a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating environment for children.
