About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant
to join a high-performing delivery team working across enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and transformations. This role requires a technically strong consultant who can lead design discussions, produce high-quality documentation, and drive successful client outcomes across complex ServiceNow environments.
You will play a key role in architecture, solution design, hands‑on configuration, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation.
With a focus on ITSM HRSD, SPM, ITOM the specialist will ensure seamless integration and functionality across systems. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive business success and ability to design and build integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design and implementation across ServiceNow modules.
Produce comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
Develop and maintain detailed build documentation aligned to delivery standards.
Configure and customise ServiceNow solutions in line with best practices.
Facilitate and lead client workshops and trainings (requirements gathering, solution design, playback sessions).
Provide architectural guidance on integrations and cross-platform solutions.
Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
Ensure governance, scalability, and maintainability of delivered solutions.
Engage in delivery projects, supporting the lifecycle of enterprise application projects.
Assist with the execution of functional testing of less complex assigned applications.
Participate in discussions around process design and configuration.
Maintain documentation, support system testing and authorisations.
Maintain reports on project status and deliver progress reports.
Assist with technical preparation of business process workflows and procedures.
Assist with the preparation of end‑user documentation and user manuals.
Participate in process design workshops and configuration discussions.
Required Experience & Skills
Strong hands‑on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions (5+ years preferred).
Proven experience with:
HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
Experience designing and delivering integrations:
Integration experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly desirable)
Alternatively, strong general integration experience (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, APIs)
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
Experience leading workshops and engaging senior business stakeholders.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Excellent documentation skills (design and build artefacts).
Certifications (Mandatory / Highly Desirable)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – HRSD (preferred)
CIS – SPM (preferred)
Additional certifications (IntegrationHub, ITSM, or other modules) highly regarded
Personal Attributes

Able to lead technical discussions and provide credible architectural direction.
Detail‑oriented with strong governance discipline.
