ABOUT THE ROLE The S.M.A.R.T. Program (Speaking and Debating, Media, Arts, Research and Technology) at Mentone Grammar gives Year 8 to 12 students an opportunity to apply to participate in intensive courses to advance their skills within an area of interest as an alternative to Saturday sport.

As the Head of S.M.A.R.T. Program the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality learning programs are delivered to students enrolled in the program. You will oversee delivery of programs during the week as well as Saturdays, including recruitment and induction of team of S.M.A.R.T. Facilitators and management of the faculty budget.

You will be required to work 3 afternoons per week, as well as Saturdays to support the program.

Punctual, dependable, and well organised

A strong interest in supporting, motivating, and challenging students in new environments and new contexts, with a focus on their "Personal Best"

Ability to be self-sufficient, including managing a personal work schedule, operating effectively with limited supervision, and meeting program deadlines

A positive team player, with the ability to cooperate and collaborate effectively with colleagues
