Xemplo Join Xemplo, a leading provider of workforce management SaaS software, expanding globally. As a key member of our Enablement Team, you’ll drive customer success by ensuring seamless adoption, implementation, and configuration of the Xemplo suite.

You will work with a diverse and talented group of professionals globally. Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, the right professional will have the opportunity to work remotely, interfacing to a dedicated tight knit implementation team.

Your previous experience working for a SaaS Provider of Payroll and/or HR Management Software with strong technical experience and a desire to problem solve, investigate and manage solutions will empower you for success in this role.

What You’ll Do (Your Responsibilities)

Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Collaborate with business end users, customers, and our dedicated product development team. Leverage technical and product expertise to meet customer requirements within defined statements of work. Deliver timely, customer-focused implementation outcomes using established systems and processes, utilising contemporary training and collaboration software and solutions. Work independently on implementation projects utilising the input and assistance of team members when required. Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve application/system issues efficiently to drive customer satisfaction Problem-solve and troubleshoot to diagnose technical issues, aiming for first time resolution Support colleagues to promote learning and drive effective and efficient practices Ensure successful delivery of Xemplo to new customers Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.

Essential

Who You Are (Your Experience)

At least 5 year’s experience working with or supporting HR, Payroll, or Time and Attendance solutions Professional experience with strong SaaS software knowledge, ideally in workforce management, staffing, recruitment, or payroll including business management or ERP software systems. Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist. Experience working independently on client projects, using your initiative to find and develop solutions for clients. Previous experience working with a SaaS Product Team refining requirements and communicating client requirements and challenges. Strong technical and analytical aptitude, specifically in the area of complex, enterprise software applications Proven track record of successfully leading customers to a smooth and timely go-live. Capable of prioritising key deliverables in line with client expectations and deliverables. Technically adept, quick to learn, and adaptable in a supportive team environment. Delivery-focused with excellent interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively. Prior technical/system support experience in a customer-facing role. Solutions focused with strong problem-solving skills. Exceptional analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
