Executive Consultant

We are now seeking an Executive Consultant to grow our presence and the scale of our business in Brisbane. This role is designed for a commercially astute, senior operator — someone who has built credibility within a leading consultancy environment and is ready for greater autonomy, influence and long-term upside.

The Opportunity As one of our Executive Consultants, you will contribute to the continued growth of our Queensland presence by:

Deepening senior executive relationships

Identifying and converting strategic opportunities

Contributing to broader firm strategy and positioning

You will also operate as a trusted advisor to executive and board-level stakeholders, leading complex engagements across:

Leadership and Executive Development

Organisational and Functional Reviews

Strategy and Workforce Planning

Enterprise-wide Change Programs (including our proprietary iADAPTE™ framework)

This is a role for someone comfortable balancing commercial accountability with delivery excellence as a senior level.

Who We’re Looking For You bring:

Significant consulting experience within a recognised advisory firm

Executive-level presence and facilitation capability

A track record of originating and leading substantial client engagements

Sound commercial acumen and a long-term relationship focus

You are confident, credible and relationship-led — with a reputation built on results.
