Report to : Head of Risk and Compliance
Position Summary
To assist the head of department with providing accurate data for related risk and compliance issue in the organization.
To evaluate and ensure all the report are accurate and timely manners.
To control and oversight of both risk unit and compliance unit activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the identification, assessment and prioritization of risk affecting the organization.
Ensure the organization operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness throughout the organization
Evaluate all the regulatory report related to risk and compliance and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Oversight the daily activities of risk unit and compliance unit to achieve their tasks
Maintain close contact with external regulators on related risk and compliance issues
Develop and deliver relevant training programs on risk and compliance topics for employees.
Qualifications
Relevant bachelor or prefer master degrees in business management, finance, economics, banking, finance and risk management.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences on risk & compliance in financial industry.
Strong knowledge of relevant risk, compliance and regulatory requirement in financial industry.
Ability to lead and motivate the team
Advance skills in analysis and measurement for reporting of risk activities.
