Lead Dentist , you’ll draw on your clinical excellence and leadership experience to: Deliver high-quality care across a broad scope of dentistry Mentor and support a team of clinicians and dental assistants Collaborate with practice managers to uphold operational and clinical excellence Maintain a strong commitment to patient-centered care This is a rare opportunity to join a practice with strong patient flow, clinical autonomy, and the chance to make a lasting impact. You have: 5+ years’ clinical experience

as a Dentist in Australia Proven ability to lead, support and mentor a team Strong skills in general dentistry, with interests in endodontics, implants, cosmetics, CEREC or Invisalign (preferred) Unrestricted AHPRA registration and relevant qualifications Current professional indemnity insurance You are: A confident communicator and team leader Patient-focused and clinically meticulous Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning Willing to immerse yourself in the community About National Dental Care
