Job Description On behalf of our cilent, they are looking for a Hotel Manager to join their team. The Beadon Bay Hotel is an iconic hotel in Onslow. A comfortable accommodation solution whether you are staying for one night, or an extended stay.

The Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of town and is close to the beach. The Hotel provides guests with a range of facilities including a full bar, bistro and restaurant serving delicious meals 7 days a week.

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including accommodation, bar, and restaurant management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, staff management, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all hotel operations including accommodation, bar, and restaurant services

Lead and motivate staff, oversee staff rostering and training

Maintain excellent customer service standards

Oversee daily office management and administrative tasks

Monitor financial performance and manage budgets

Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

Hold current Approved Manager RSA certification to ensure compliance with liquor licensing requirements

Requirements

Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management

Experience in staff rostering and personnel management

Excellent organisational and office management skills

Exceptional communication and customer service skillsAbility to work under pressure and lead a diverse team
