The role: This isn't about building from scratch. We've got industry-leading clients secured, MSAs and SOWs in place, and a strong pipeline of opportunities ready to pursue. You'll be walking into established relationships with the runway clear to maximise revenues, hunt new business, and drive serious results.

The commission structure is outstanding, with significant earning potential tied directly to your success. Our enterprise team is already closing multi-million dollar deals, and you'll have the same opportunities. You'll be leading and developing a high-performing team, working closely with vendor partners, and shaping strategic growth across the region.

What you'll be doing:

Meeting revenue and gross margin growth goals whilst building and developing your team's capabilities

Working with executives, marketing and the SDR function to prospect and generate new leads

Hunting new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients

Helping your team educate customers about our solutions and close deals

Managing pipeline accuracy and delivering on financial commitments

Working closely with in-state vendors to generate and close new opportunities

Using automation tools to track and report against goals

Analysing market trends and developing innovative solutions

Identifying market opportunities and aligning resources to maximise business outcomes

Presenting and demonstrating value to prospective clients

Building long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal teams to create an excellent customer experience

Providing strategic input to drive Sekuro's growth and business planning

What you'll bring:

Proven success as a BDM / Account Director consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Strong negotiating and closing skills

Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of an organisation

Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Strong business sense and industry expertise in IT or cyber security (essential)

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Ability to develop strong positive relationships with peers, customers and suppliers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A positive attitude and customer-first approach to everything you do
