The Role Reporting to the Executive Manager زد Finance, the Group Accountant leads a 10-person team, overseeing all finance operations, including financial reporting, compliance, tax, and internal control. This pivotal role ensures financial transparency, governance, and strategic support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the finance team across AP, AR, and general accounting

Manage financial reporting for senior leadership and board review

Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements

Oversee internal audits, controls, and risk management

Maintain accurate reconciliations and financial documentation

Strengthen accounting frameworks aligned with business strategy

Collaborate across departmentsոդ to enhance financial performance

About You You're a commercially experienced financial leader with a sharp eye for detail and a practical approach to compliance and governance. You're confident managing aупить team and thrive in a regional, on-site role where your contribution makes a measurable impact.

Selection Criteria:

Relevant tenure in financial accounting, ideally in a commercial business

Strong ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Proven team leadership and financial control capability

Experience in audit, tax, and compliance

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
