Head of Health Partnerships & Commercial

We’re looking for a Head of Health Partnerships & Commercial to own the commercial and partnership strategy for our Health vertical and take our health fund relationships from transactional to truly strategic.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the EGM – Health, you will:
Define and execute the commercial and partnership strategy for the Health vertical.
Lead high‑value commercial negotiations with health funds and key partners (contracts, commission structures, co‑marketing, commercial terms).
Manage the end‑to‑end partner lifecycle – from identifying and onboarding new partners through to growing and renewing existing relationships.
Own the commercial performance of the Health partnership portfolio, including revenue, yield, and forecasting.
Work closely with Sales, CX, Finance, Data & Analytics and Marketing to deliver growth, retention and partner value.
What You’ll Be Doing
Securing and growing strategically aligned partners, including non‑traditional health‑adjacent partners.
Designing and launching joint campaigns and co‑marketing initiatives to drive quality traffic, leads and brand impact.
Supporting retention through partner‑led initiatives, customer journey improvements and fund‑specific campaigns.
Leading QBRs, joint business plans and strategic workshops with key health funds and partners.
Acting as the senior escalation point for complex commercial or operational issues.
About You
You’re a senior commercial leader who’s comfortable operating at C‑suite level and in the detail of complex deal structures.
You’ll Bring
10+ years’ experience in senior commercial, partnerships or business development roles.
Strong exposure to Australian private health insurance, financial services or a related aggregator/comparison environment.
A track record of leading complex, high‑value negotiations and managing a P&L or significant revenue portfolio.
Proven ability to build long‑term, strategic partnerships that deliver mutual value.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engaging exec‑level stakeholders.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
