About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering safe, effective, and high‑quality clinical services while supporting the ongoing development of medical staff within the service.
Key responsibilities
Supervising the
day‑to‑day activities of junior medical staff , ensuring appropriate standards of care are maintained and supporting their training and professional development.
Maintaining effective communication across all clinical areas and disciplines within the health service, as well as with
local medical practitioners , to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hospital.
Participating in an
on‑call or shift roster , including out‑of‑hours, night and weekend work, as directed by the Director.
Contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment that supports excellence in patient care.
