Finance Business Partner - Supply Chain

Sharp & Carter , a company with over 500 stores across Australia and New Zealand and a finance department of 120 people. This position is starting ASAP on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Produce board‑ready outputs underpinned by thoughtful analysis and robust assumptions; prepare and distribute trade performance packs on a weekly and monthly basis.

Identify key drivers of business performance within the supply chain to drive improved profitability.

Articulate a clear and concise story that informs Executive Leadership of business performance.

Collaborate with the broader Commercial team to form an integrated view of business performance.

Drive labour optimisation within Distribution Centres.

Provide support on commercial projects, maintain financial models, and assist in business case preparation.

Support tenders and secure necessary internal endorsement/approvals.

Act as a trusted commercial advisor to the Head of Commercial Finance, GM of Supply Chain, and Distribution Centre managers.

Qualifications & Experience • CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years of experience in an operational environment, preferably from a product‑based company.

• Comfortable working in a 'hands‑on' capacity.

• Analytical mindset that provides meaningful and insightful commentary to the senior operations team.
