WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

have

3+ years’ experience

(up to

Senior Associate level ) in corporate/commercial law (including mergers and acquisitions/capital markets) with a 1st/2nd-tier national/international firm or specialist boutique firm;

have strong research/technical/drafting

legal skills + a strong

commercial acumen + ability to provide

practical

relevant advice;

proven ability to manage

client relationships ;

are committed to

building your own professional brand

by contributing to

marketing/business development

activities;
