Job Description

Brokerage and Co is looking for a parabroker who is ready to make an immediate impact to our team by supporting our brokers with industry knowledge and credit expertise. As a part of the credit team, you will work closely with senior brokers, and own end-to-end files for credit assessment and achieve the optimal outcome for our clients. Your focus will be reviewing client documentation, conducting servicing and credit assessments, and communicating clearly with clients to their progress loan applications through to settlement. This role will focus on a key pillar of what it takes to be successful mortgage broker. As you develop your skillset, for the right person, this role almost guarantees long-term success in the industry. Key Responsibilities:

Review incoming client documentation for loan applications Label, organise, and upload documents accurately Identify missing, expired, or incorrect documentation Oversee the end to end credit assessment process on flies, including but not limited to: Servicing calculations and lender policy checks Credit submissions and respond to any lender queries Understand loan structuring fundamentals and strategy Maintain compliance, quality, and accuracy in all credit assessments Follow up clients to ensure documents are provided within required timeframes Act as the intermediary between clients, brokers, lenders, and internal teams Maintain accurate file notes and application status updates Ensure files are assessment-ready prior to submission Help manage a high-volume pipeline, staying organised under pressure What We’re Looking For:

2+ years’ experience in broker support, banking, underwriting, or credit analysis Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable following up clients and managing timelines Organised, reliable, and process-driven Open to learning, coachable, and receptive to feedback Genuine interest in finance, property, and mortgage broking Long-term mindset toward building a career in the industry Why Join Us:
