How You’ll Create Impact
Lead & coach
a team of six BDMs to exceed new‑business sales targets.
Build powerful corporate partnerships
with senior decision‑makers.
Drive strategic growth
across new pipelines, untapped markets and priority territories.
Lift performance
through data, KPIs and continual improvement.
Maximise opportunity
through smart territory planning and execution.
What Sets You Up for Success
3–5+ years leading B2B field sales teams in corporate/commercial environments.
Proven success
achieving and accelerating
new‑business targets.
Commercially sharp with a
data‑driven
coaching style.
Strong stakeholder influence and senior‑level communication skills.
Passion for developing people and building a high‑performance culture.
Valid driver’s licence.
