Business Partner

to lead the delivery of recruitment services for a major client within the Mining sector. This role is accountable for end‑to‑end vacancy fulfilment, front‑end recruitment demand management, and the overall stakeholder experience across a complex MSP environment. Acting as the single point of accountability for your portfolio, you will partner closely with hiring leaders, Chandler Macleod recruiters, and Tier 2 suppliers to ensure roles are clearly defined, prioritised, and delivered in line with agreed KPIs, SLAs, governance, and compliance requirements. About the Role

Own end‑to‑end vacancy fulfilment, including performance against agreed KPIs. Lead front‑end recruitment demand management, including vacancy approvals, job briefings, prioritisation, and requisition distribution. Act as the primary strategic partner to hiring leaders across your portfolio, providing guidance, visibility, and governance. Oversee supplier engagement across Tier 1 and Tier 2, aligned to sourcing strategy, diversity objectives, and supply risk. Partner closely with Chandler Macleod recruiters to set delivery direction, manage priorities, and address risks. Provide oversight, facilitation, and escalation support for IR/ER‑related matters, working with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure compliant and timely resolution. Maintain oversight of recruitment KPIs and service levels, implementing corrective actions where required. Contribute to reporting and insights across vacancy flow, supplier performance, and fulfilment outcomes. Represent Chandler Macleod as a trusted advisor, delivering a consistent and professional stakeholder experience. About You

Experience in supplier or recruitment management, ideally within large-scale MSP environments. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to operate as a trusted advisor.
