Test Director

Altitude is seeking an experienced Test Director to join a global leader in next‑generation digital services and consulting.

Lead a large-scale testing transformation at Director level and leave a lasting enterprise impact. This opportunity will see you architect and embed a best‑in‑class Test Automation and Metrics capability across a complex, regulated environment, influencing senior executives and shaping quality strategy across multiple portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and establishment of an enterprise Test Automation framework, strategy, operating model and standards

Define and deliver enterprise Test & Defect Metrics capability, including Power BI reporting and benchmark alignment

Oversee advanced administration and configuration of ALM, Azure DevOps, Jira and ServiceNow, including integrations and validation

Engage senior stakeholders to gather requirements, lead proof of concept trials, and drive adoption across multiple portfolios

Support business development activities, contributing to bids, testing strategies and client presentations for large transformation programs

Key Requirements

Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance mandatory

Proven experience delivering enterprise test automation strategy within large, regulated Australian organisations

Hands‑on automation expertise with holistic end‑to‑end test lifecycle knowledge

Strong leadership, communication and coaching capability, with senior stakeholder engagement experience

Deep experience in enterprise metrics and reporting using Power BI
