Permanent full-time opportunity in either Sydney or Melbourne CBD.

Play a pivotal role in shaping and improving NAB’s business lending products, directly influencing customer, banker and business outcomes.

In the role of a Senior Consultant, you will join the Core Lending & Sustainable Finance team that’s doubling down on winning together!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Shape and deliver segment strategies that drive sustainable growth, balancing volume, profitability and customer outcomes

Translate customer insights into meaningful sub‑segment strategies and compelling value propositions

Lead improvements to business lending products, from idea through to delivery and optimisation

Partner across the value chain to identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve end‑to‑end experiences

Deep‑dive into how products operate, uncovering complexity and championing practical improvements that add real value

Act as a trusted product subject matter expert, supporting broader programs and ensuring product impacts are understood and optimised

Ensure products continue to operate safely, compliantly and in line with core product management obligations

Proactively manage product risk by strengthening controls, improving quality outcomes and embedding sound risk practices

A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse complex information and turn it into clear, practical solutions

Experience leading and implementing change across complex initiatives or environments

Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of how products drive customer and business outcomes

The ability to work comfortably with ambiguity, manage competing priorities and move at pace

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present insights clearly and influence decisions

Proven stakeholder engagement skills, building trusted relationships across diverse teams and functions
