This role drives risk maturity uplift through proactive risk identification, assessment, and reporting, while fostering a strong risk culture aligned to the company''s risk appetite and strategic objectives. As a member of the Business Change & Operations leadership team and broader Medical Indemnity senior leadership team, the Head of Assurance is a highly visible role, engaging with stakeholders across the business to raise risk awareness and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
