We are seeking a

Senior Claims Consultant, Workers Compensation Claims Management

based in the

West Leederville

office.

This role involves managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims. The Senior Claims Consultant delivers high‑quality claims management services, collaborating with clients and the broader claims team to achieve cost‑effective outcomes and timely settlements.

We will count on you to:

Deal efficiently with client enquiries.

Contribute to planning and delivery of relationship management through regular and constructive communication with clients.

Visit clients and legal providers regularly.

Provide end‑to‑end claims management.

Submit claims reports as required.

Continuously pursue professional development by attending external and internal sessions.

Ensure compliance with the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 and related standards.

What you need to have (highly desirable):

Experience and knowledge in Workers Compensation insurance claims.

Experience interpreting relevant Acts to make liability decisions.

Experience managing complex claims.

Initiative and understanding in handling confidential information.
