Job Description As our Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you'll join our onsite talent team to support our partnership with our mining customer, the world's largest gold miner.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across high-volume blue-collar portfolios

Work onsite 2 days per week at our client's office (Wednesday and Friday), with flexible work arrangements

Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategies

Create an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring teams

Leverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-making

Drive continuous improvement projects around D&I, process optimisation, and recruitment technology

Start date is 5th January.

What you'll bring We're looking for someone who combines operational excellence in volume recruitment with a passion for building relationships. You'll have:

3+ years end-to-end volume recruitment experience, working in a fast-paced environment, within the mining sector (either ownerโ€‘operator, or contractor services), or similar heavy industry such as oil and gas. Agency recruiters with this experience will be considered.

An understanding of underground and open cut mine operations and related disciplines will be advantageous.

Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring leaders and influence recruitment outcomes.

A proactive approach to talent sourcing, market mapping, and creating pipelines for future needs.

A continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to solving recruitment challenges.
