D365 Solution Architect

Overview My Client is a large NFP in Melbourne looking to establish a new team, where D365 becomes the backbone of how they engage donors, clients, partner orgs and government programs. The role sits in the middle of every business unit and touches multiple external vendors, delivery squads, and governance forums. You’re the person who translates business goals into scalable architecture, sets the patterns, and protects the integrity of the ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.

Base pay range A$80.00/hr - A$130.00/hr

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end architecture for D365 CRM initiatives

Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business need

Act as a technical subject matter expert for business users

Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency

Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions
