Independent Sales / Strategic Partner (Enterprise Architecture & System Advisory) A Commission-Only Opportunity for Elite IT Consulting Closers.

strategic advisory services

to the C-Suite? Can you articulate the value of objective system selection, risk assessment, and enterprise architecture planning?

ERP Expert

is not a system implementer. We are an independent, client-side consultancy that helps organisations navigate complex digital transformation journeys, ensuring they select the right systems (ERP, CRM, Scheduling, etc.) and implement them effectively.

We are seeking a

high-calibre Independent Sales Director

to partner with us on a purely performance-based (commission-only) structure. This is an uncapped earning opportunity for a strategic hunter who excels at opening doors at the executive level.

What You Will Be Selling (High-Value Strategic Advisory)

Enterprise Architecture Advisory :

Strategic guidance on system selection (ERP, CRM, Payroll, etc.) and procurement, including integration architecture strategy.

Procurement Support :

Developing RFQs / RFPs, creating evaluation criteria, and supporting vendor assessment processes.

Implementation Oversight (Lite-Touch) :

Client-side technical decision support, data migration planning, and deployment guidance.

Cyber Risk & Current-State Mapping :

High-level assessment and detailed mapping of current IT environments, integration landscapes, and data flows to inform future-state decisions.

Target Clients for ERP Expert The Buyer :

C-level executives (CEO, CFO, CIO) and Heads of IT.

Client Need :

Organizations planning or starting a major system overhaul (ERP, CRM, etc.) who require independent, unbiased expertise to de-risk the project.

Average Deal Value Our typical project values range from $40,000 to $120,000+.

Compensation Structure (100% Commission) Your compensation is

uncapped

and designed to reward highly successful, results-driven professionals.

Commission Rate :

10% to 15% of Gross Collected Revenue for new client projects. The percentage is based on the full scope of your sales involvement, from lead identification to closing.

Residual Commission :

A smaller percentage paid on qualified contract extensions or follow-on advisory work within accounts you secure.

NO Base Salary, NO Draw :

This position requires you to be confident in your ability to generate and close your own pipeline.

Payment Terms :

Commission is paid out (e.g., monthly / bi-weekly) upon the successful collection of client invoices.

Essential Requirements 5+ years of demonstrable success

selling high-end professional services, management consulting, or strategic IT advisory.

Credibility :

Ability to engage and earn the trust of CFOs, CIOs, and other C-suite stakeholders.

Domain Knowledge :

Solid understanding of the enterprise software landscape (ERP, CRM, etc.) and the complexities of enterprise-level implementations.

Entrepreneurial Mindset : Proven track record of pipeline generation and full-cycle sales management in a commission-only or highly variable compensation environment.

Must operate as an Independent Contractor (Sole Trader), responsible for managing time, taxes, and expenses.
