Leading and supporting the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service

Managing and growing relationships with key accounts and new customers

Overseeing pricing strategies and monitor KPIs to ensure operational success

Collaborating with senior management on business strategy and planning

Fostering a customer-focused and safety-first workplace culture

Requirements Strong commercial background, ideally with qualifications in commerce or accounting

Entrepreneurial and driven sales leader who loves building a great team and culture

Understanding of major projects, particularly in construction or landscaping

Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise very effectively

Strong commercial acumen, decision‑making, and negotiation skills

A hands‑on, flexible approach and a passion for plants and the horticultural industry

Based in Kinglake north of Melbourne, Prestige Plants has 3 strategically located growing sites across Victoria and New South Wales, totalling over 150 acres of containerised stock from tubes right through to large advanced trees. The combination of these growing sites, our substantial stock holdings and our brokering service provides the capacity and capability for Prestige Plants to service any project, no matter what the size, in the shortest possible timeframe.

Now with over 50 staff, Prestige Plants is one of the largest growers in Victoria. Our services include complete plant supply, contract growing, brokering and direct to site delivery with our fully owned and managed fleet of 6 trucks making deliveries throughout Melbourne and Victoria every day.
