About the Role :
Reporting to the CEO you’ll design and deliver the People & Culture strategy across our network. You’ll lead a talented HR team partner with industry leaders and play a critical role in driving culture engagement and compliance as we continue to expand.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and deliver People & Culture strategies aligned to business objectives.
Partner with the CEO and executive team on workforce planning, organisational design and leadership capability.
Lead mentor and develop the HR team to provide consistent high‑quality support.
Oversee talent acquisition, retention strategies and development programs.
Lead remuneration strategy, performance frameworks and HR policy development.
Build and promote our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract, engage and retain top talent.
Drive engagement initiatives, champion culture and promote diversity, equality and inclusion.
Provide expert HR advice and support to leaders on day‑to‑day people matters guiding decision‑making and ensuring consistent practices.
Ensure compliance with HR, ER, IR and legislative requirements resolving issues constructively.
Deliver workplace health and safety and wellbeing strategies monitoring risks and incidents.
Manage business continuity ESG initiatives and HR systems to support operational excellence.
About You :
Tertiary qualifications in HR Business or related field.
Deep understanding of Australian employment law, WHS and best‑practice HR frameworks.
Proven senior HR / People & Culture leadership ideally in multi‑site operations.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Commercially minded and a strong collaborator able to influence stakeholders, engage effectively across all levels and contribute positively to organisational culture.
Must be a Permanent Resident or hold appropriate Australian working rights.
