Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer, located at our Helensvale, QLD office. The role involves managing a variety of commercial litigation matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, providing sound legal advice, and addressing complex legal issues related to commercial disputes. The lawyer will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality legal services and ensure compliance in areas such as data privacy and other regulatory concerns.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Law, with a focus on Commercial Litigation.

Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Commercial Contracts.

Ability to analyze and address complex Legal Issues, providing effective and clear solutions.

Experience in offering client-focused and pragmatic Legal Advice.

Understanding of Data Privacy and regulatory compliance practices.

Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.

Relevant legal qualifications and a valid Practicing Certificate in Queensland.
