About the Opportunity PARC Engineering is on the lookout for experienced

Senior Project Engineers

to join significant upcoming FIFO construction projects across WA for our Top Tier clients. These roles offer the opportunity to play a key leadership role on large-scale SMP projects, driving delivery from early works through to completion while working alongside high-performing site teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple SMP packages across a project.

Ensure work undertaken complies with the scope and meets operational requirements.

Develop project schedules, budgets and forecasts.

Oversee discipline work and ensure it meets quality, cost and time constraints.

Monitor progress and identify potential problems & risks in respect of budgets, schedules, engineering standards, driving implementations of appropriate controls and mitigations.

Develop and implement project controls and specifications, schedules and cost estimates.

Interface with the client and cultivate positive relations to achieve effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Work collaboratively with supervision and client to resolve construction issues.

Role Requirements

5+ years relevant industry experience in a similar role within the mining, construction or industrial industries

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering

Able to commit to long term FIFO 2/1 roster

Excellent knowledge of relevant Australian and international engineering standards

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Previous experience interfacing with clients and strong stakeholder management skills

Proven project management skills and demonstrated ability to deliver work within agreed budget, timeframe and client requirements
