Key Responsibilities

Lead M&A transactions and business sales from inception to completion

Advise on deal structure, risk, and negotiation strategy

Manage complex banking & finance matters, including multi-jurisdictional transactions

Draft bespoke agreements and provide strategic corporate advice

Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice growth

Build strong client relationships and support business development initiatives

Skills & Experience

Senior Associate or Special Counsel level experience

6+ years’ post‑admission experience in corporate/commercial law and/or banking & finance

Proven ability to manage complex matters independently

Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills

Commercial mindset and leadership qualities
