About You You’re a passionate, relationship-driven leader who thrives in a supportive and purpose-led environment. As our Centre Manager, you will:

Lead with kindness, inclusivity, and genuine love for early education

Inspire a motivated team to deliver exceptional learning experiences

Empower educators to nurture children’s confidence, curiosity, and independence

Build strong, trusted partnerships with families

Foster a joyful, connected culture where children and educators flourish

What You’ll Bring

Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Current Working With Children Check

Full Australian working rights

Child Protection & Food Safety Supervisor certificates

Warm, professional communication skills

A passion for community, connection, and supporting teams

Two professional references (including one from a manager or supervisor)
