Hiring- Braze Solutions Architect (MarTech)

Role Summary
We are hiring a
Braze Solutions Architect
to design, implement, and optimize Braze as a
core Marketing Technology (MarTech)
platform for one of our Australian clients. This role will own Braze’s technical architecture, data flows, integrations, and lifecycle journey design, working closely with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to enable scalable, personalized, multi‑channel customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Own the
end-to-end Braze architecture
across email, push notifications, SMS, in‑app, and web channels
Client facing – work with clients during the discovery stages, understanding their requirements and translating into a proposal form.
Design and implement
Braze integrations
with mobile apps, websites, backend systems, and data platforms
Define
event tracking, user attributes, and data models
required for marketing and lifecycle use cases
Lead the setup and optimization of
Braze Canvases, campaigns, and segmentation logic
Implement
personalization and dynamic content
using Liquid and Braze features
Partner with marketing teams to translate
campaign and lifecycle requirements
into scalable technical designs
Ensure
data accuracy, performance, and deliverability
across channels
Troubleshoot complex Braze issues related to data ingestion, campaigns, and messaging delivery
Document technical designs, data schemas, and implementation standards
Act as the
Braze subject‑matter expert
for internal teams and stakeholders
Must-Have Requirements:
3–5+ years of
hands‑on Braze experience
in a production environment
Proven experience with
Braze Canvases and lifecycle journey design
Hands‑on experience with
Braze SDKs and APIs
Solid understanding of
MarTech concepts
(customer lifecycle, segmentation, personalization, automation)
Experience working with
cross‑functional teams
(marketing, engineering, data)
Ability to
own architecture decisions , not just execute campaigns
Good-to-Have Requirements:
Braze certification (Admin or Technical)
Experience with
Braze Currents
and data exports
Experience integrating Braze with
data warehouses or CDPs
Knowledge of
deliverability, consent management, and compliance
Prior experience in a
Solutions Architect or Technical Lead
role within MarTech
