The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced

Technical Solution Architect

to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable

data and integration solutions

using

Azure

and

Snowflake . This role offers the opportunity to shape technical standards, guide delivery teams, and drive high-quality production outcomes across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

end-to-end solution architecture

for data integration, APIs, and event-driven services across

Azure

and

Snowflake .

Translate complex business needs into

secure, reliable, and cost-optimised technical designs .

Define and maintain

API design standards , observability frameworks, CI/CD practices, and automation governance.

Provide

reference architectures, design patterns, and decision records

to enable consistent and efficient delivery.

Collaborate with

security, networking, and platform teams

to ensure safe and compliant production deployments.

Coach and mentor engineers and analysts to

uplift technical capability

and delivery maturity.

About You

Minimum

7 years' experience

in solution architecture or senior engineering roles.

Strong hands‑on expertise with

Azure

(API Management, Functions, App Services, Data Factory, Monitor).

Proven experience with

Snowflake , including Python Connector, JDBC/ODBC drivers, and SnowSQL CLI.

Proficient in at least one of

Python, C#, Node.js, or Java , following production‑grade standards.

Experienced in designing and testing

RESTful APIs

using Postman and Swagger UI.

Skilled in using

Git (GitHub or Azure Repos)

with strong branching and peer review practices.

Deep understanding of

integration patterns, data modelling, event-driven architectures, cost control , and

observability .

Excellent stakeholder leadership with the ability to facilitate design workshops and produce

architectural decision records .

Desirable Skills

CI/CD automation with

GitHub Actions

or

Azure DevOps .

Experience with

Infrastructure as Code

(Bicep or Terraform).

Knowledge of

data pipeline design

(batch and streaming).

Exposure to

regulated or complex enterprise environments .
