The Head of Industrial Property is a senior management role responsible for the leadership, growth and performance of ICAM’s industrial property portfolio. The role will oversee acquisitions and divestments, capital management, strategic asset planning and investor reporting, while driving value creation through proactive asset management. A key focus will be identifying and executing new investment opportunities and ensuring portfolio performance aligns with fund and investor objectives. The ideal candidate will be an experienced property professional with a strong background in Australian property and funds management. You will bring well‑developed financial and analytical skills, experience across asset management and capital transactions, and the ability to operate effectively at a senior level.
