Litigation Associate

We’re currently partnering with several well-regarded law firms across Brisbane and the Gold Coast who are actively seeking Commercial Litigation Lawyers

at Associate, Senior Associate, Special Counsel and Partner levels.

These opportunities suit experienced litigators who enjoy complex disputes, client-facing work, and genuine career progression within established and growing practices.

The Opportunity You’ll work across a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including:

Shareholder and partnership disputes

Debt recovery and enforcement

Insolvency-related litigation

Regulatory and compliance matters

Roles offer strong court exposure, involvement in mediations, and the opportunity to work closely with respected partners and clients.

About You To be considered, you will have:

Minimum 2 years’ post-admission experience (PAE)

Solid experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution

Court exposure, including appearances and/or instructing counsel

Experience with mediations and alternative dispute resolution

Exposure to a range of dispute types (as outlined above)

Strong drafting, communication, and client management skills

What’s On Offer

Salary range: $120,000 – $250,000+, depending on experience
