The Role

Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this Development Director will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of the portfolio of high‑end apartment projects across Brisbane. These are luxury, multi‑stage, owner‑occupier projects of the highest quality and design. This is a hands‑on senior position where you will take full ownership of these projects and team. 15 years’ experience in residential apartment development Proven track record delivering high‑end, owner‑occupier apartment projects Experience within a builder/developer environment highly regarded Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability Hands‑on approach with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected, well‑funded private developer in a key executive capacity, delivering landmark apartment projects in the Brisbane market.
