Our clients cover the breadth of the market, including private equity, infrastructure, property, financial services and everything in between. Role Overview We are looking for a Manager with a focus on Corporate M&A to join the team – someone with M&A and/or experience with corporate clients, and the drive to join an energetic team.

You will work on a wide variety of clients and transactions across our national practice.

Responsibilities

Tax due diligence

Structuring, including advice on deal structures

Transaction document review

Post-deal integration

Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence

Qualifications

Tax professional with transactional experience.

Commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.

Strong tax technical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a team environment, supervise and mentor team members.
