South West Healthcare (SWH) is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Podiatrist to become part of our supportive and dedicated team. This role is crucial in providing high-quality, client centred care to alleviate the hospital burden associated with foot and lower limb diseases. Your efforts will also support and promote optimal foot health practices within our community.

Diverse Caseload:
Handle a broad spectrum of podiatric care, including:
High-Risk Foot Management: Addressing complex foot health issues.
Wound Care: Treating and managing chronic and acute wounds.
Biomechanical Assessments: Evaluating and correcting gait and posture problems.
Pressure Injury Prevention: Implementing effective strategies to prevent and treat pressure sores.
Falls Prevention: Creating and executing plans to reduce fall risks.
Ingrown Toenail Care: Offering solutions for common toenail problems.

What you bring
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Podiatry or equivalent qualifications recognised by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Current AHPRA registration.
Valid driver's licence.
Skills and Attributes:
A strong commitment to patient confidentiality and maintaining professionalism.
Ability to work effectively within a high‑performing team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well‑developed skills to manage a diverse caseload.
Thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Competence in complex decision‑making and problem‑solving.
