Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-focused

Head of Operations

to take charge of the business functions that drive efficiency, service quality, and internal support across their high-performing real estate organisation. This position will suit a strong operational leader who thrives on developing people, refining systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow.

The Role

Oversee daily operational activity across sales support, agent and property marketing, reception, and general office administration.

Lead and develop an eight-person team, providing structure, coaching, and continuous performance support.

Ensure administrative tasks are completed within agreed service standards and meet quality expectations.

Assess current workflows and introduce improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Take full ownership of operational planning, including anticipating challenges and resolving issues promptly to maintain seamless business performance.

Provide dependable support to agents and broader team members, contributing to stronger productivity and an improved client experience.

Deliver regular updates and reporting to the directors on team outcomes and operational initiatives.

Candidate Profile

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate operations or a related property support role.

Must have

your real estate qualification.

A proactive, confident leadership style with the ability to set clear expectations and guide team outcomes.

Strong self-management skills and the ability to work autonomously.

Demonstrated experience enhancing team capability within a fast-paced service environment.

Excellent relationship-building skills to foster collaboration across all areas of the business.

A commitment to continuous improvement across systems, processes, and operational structure.
