About the Opportunity We are seeking a Head of Foodservice Channel Strategy, Oceania, a highly visible leadership role joining the business at a pivotal moment of transformation and growth.

This role sets the strategic direction for Foodservice marketing across Oceania, overseeing general trade, key accounts, franchise partners and direct customer engagement. You will design and execute channel strategies that strengthen brand leadership, drive commercially aligned innovation, elevate digital capability, and enable long term commercial success.

You will lead a high performing team, partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial and cross functional leaders, and play a critical role in ensuring our Foodservice brands – including Perfect Italiano, Western Star, Mainland, Holy Cow, Bega and Anchor – win in market.

Reporting to the Director of Ingredients Australia & Foodservice Oceania, your key accountabilities will include:

Shape and execute the marketing and channel strategy across markets and channels to deliver sustainable growth.

Drive initiatives that expand customer reach via campaigns, partnerships and commercial programs.

Lead the innovation pipeline, balancing business performance and customer needs.

Lead data driven market and channel strategies, leveraging insights and competitive intelligence.

Champion digital transformation across platforms, tools and customer experiences.

Build and lead a high performing, strategically minded team.

About You You are an influential, strategic and commercially savvy leader who thrives on shaping the big picture and delivering meaningful outcomes.

You will bring:

10+ years’ leadership experience in Marketing and/or Innovation within global FMCG.

Proven experience delivering commercial and brand outcomes in complex, blue chip environments.

Strong Foodservice, dairy or adjacent category experience (highly advantageous).

A track record in brand stewardship, category management and commercialising innovation.

Expertise in channel strategy, portfolio management and integrated communications.

The ability to influence, engage and lead across multiple senior stakeholder groups.

Degree qualifications in Marketing or Business Management.
