Senior Project Engineer - Perth Metro

Join an excellent civil construction company, known for delivering high-quality projects across diverse sectors and locations throughout Western Australia. As a result of their continued growth over the years, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join their team for projects in the Perth Metro.

About the role This role would suit someone who has had solid experience within the civil space, specifically with concrete and bulk earthworks. Ideally someone who has local WA experience.

Lead and support in project planning, execution, and delivery.

Supervise a team of engineers to ensure successful project design, planning, and execution.

Manage QA processes, including ITP approvals, NCR resolutions, and quality documentation.

Control project budgets and ensure resources are effectively allocated to meet financial targets.

Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to meet objectives and milestones.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field with experience in Civil Engineering focused on infrastructure projects.

Demonstrated success in managing and executing large-scale civil engineering projects from inception to completion.

In-depth understanding of civil engineering principles, industry design standards, and modern construction methods.

Demonstrated experience in developing, motivating, and leading diverse teams. Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
