How will your ideas contribute to shapingwhat’snext? As theSenior Proposals Consultant, you will join our wider winning work teamin Perthwhere you will have the opportunity toestablishyourself as a strategic resource across the business. As a senior in the team, you willsupportthe pursuit and engagement phase primarily across the Western Australian and Northern Territory region. Day to day, you will proactively engage in major/strategic opportunities, partner with the Bid team, consult and provide advice to shape and deliverwinning proposal submissions.

Roles and responsibilities include and are not limited to: Providing end-to-end bid / proposal management in collaboration with subject matter experts toultimately achieveon-time and high-quality bid submissions.

Collaborateonbid submissions across various industries and disciplines.

Produce bid-specific/tailored responses for our clients

Compile,maintainand update content across our knowledge libraries.

What are we looking for from you? As aSenior Proposals Consultant, you will havestrong communicationand stakeholder management skills and will be confident to interact at all levels across the business. You can drive bid teams to develop winning solutions, and you can plan, multi-task and prioritise competing priorities to deliver to time sensitive deadlines. You will also bring strong bid and pursuit related experience including proposal writing and bid management/coordination. You will be confident in persuasive writing, editing technical content, proofreading and will havevery strongattention to detail. As a Senior in the team, it is important that youshowcasea ‘can do’ attitude, willingness to learn and passion to coach and guideothers in the pursuit process.

The ideal candidate will have at least6 yearsof direct bid related experience. They will also possess the following:

A relevant qualification in communications/marketing, or business-related fields.

A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to all areas of the business.

Strong project management skills.

Strong document management skills.

High levelproficiencyin Microsoft Office (particularly Word and PowerPoint) including template creation, styles, layout, and formatting will berequired.

Experience in working on shared platforms on opportunities throughout Australia.

Ability to communicate effectively and forge relationships with people across all levels of an organisation and across all of our locations.

Experience working for a professional consultancy will be highly regarded.

APMP Foundation (or higher) certification preferred.
