Job Description
As Data Quality Officer, you will ensure cemetery data is accurate, complete, and reliable. Your work will support operational efficiency, strategic planning, and key projects such as onboarding new cemeteries, inventory management, and master planning. This role involves data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reporting, as well as collaboration across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and profile cemetery data to identify quality issues and improvements.
Perform data cleansing and remediation to maintain accuracy and integrity.
Support data migration for legacy records and new cemeteries.
Provide technical data support for planning, inventory, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues.
Deliver accurate reporting and insights to support decision-making.
About You
You are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about data integrity. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with CRM or corporate database systems.
Strong data analysis and remediation skills.
Advanced Excel and IT literacy.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Valid driver’s licence and ability to pass police checks.
Experience with PowerBI and GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS).
Knowledge of cemetery operations and relevant legislation.
