We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Tester for a 6 months contract to join our growing team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of hands‑on experience testing ERP systems, with strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Experience testing retail‑focused D365 implementations is highly desirable.

Must Haves

Strong hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) testing.

Good understanding of D365 modules, configurations, workflows, and security roles.

Experience in functional and technical testing of ERP systems.

Exposure to integration testing (APIs, middleware, data exchange).

Experience using test management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or HP ALM.

Strong analytical, defect analysis, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional delivery teams.

Preferred

Experience with test automation using Playwright.

Knowledge of retail business processes (POS, inventory, pricing, promotions).

Experience with cloud‑based ERP deployments on Microsoft Azure.

Exposure to data migration testing and data validation in D365.

ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.

Experience working on large‑scale ERP transformation programs.

Role & Responsibilities

Execute functional, system, integration, and regression testing for D365 implementations.

Design, execute, and maintain test cases aligned with business and technical requirements.

Perform integration testing between D365 and third‑party systems.

For automation roles: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Support automation framework enhancements and execution.

Validate retail business processes and end‑to‑end scenarios.

Log, track, and manage defects through the test lifecycle.

Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Support UAT cycles and provide test sign‑off recommendations.
